@PritiMenon85 Hope you're doing okay! The DClin system isn't set up for the wellbeing of trainees or staff, it definitely should be! There's research titled 'Doubt yourself as a therapist, love yourself as a person' which I always re-read when I'm feeling like an imposter. Hope it helps!
