These defensive numbers are insane. Top two in EVERY shot metric. I've seen the error of my ways - the all out offensive Toronto Maple Leafs will never amount to anything until they make big overhauls to the roster to try to even somewhat keep up with teams like this.

@blatsyuk Nice sarcasm but nah I agree with what Keefe said recently and that it's up to the goalies to be ready. Just saying that a Jared McCann break is a bit hard to deal with when you have no rythm.

guys toronto is playing really good defense and its a problem. the goalies aren’t getting any shots against. we must change this

@JeffVeillette Seems like their biggest weapon in suppressing shot attempts (puck possession) can also lead to Grade As going the other way. Leafs hold on to the puck forever, press -- a pinch here, a bad pass there and a cold goalie is dealing with a 2 on 1 or 3 on 2.
