@Groupon_UK Well unfortunately despite having the product collected, you are still refusing me my refund. @PayPal are letting you get away with this but I have contacted @CitizensAdvice who will contact Trading Standards on my behalf. @OmbudServices will also be contacted.

Can anyone help me with a complaint again @Groupon_UK for their tactics of avoiding to collect a product and issue me a refund since it arrived up until now. @paypal have allowed them to get away with it on the grounds it is 'materially similar' to my order. Its not what I orderd

why are GP's still not doing face to face consultations? @NHSKernow Everywhere else is opening up and there are enough precautions in place to protect them, how can you possibly diagnose things properly over a phonecall?!

@CitizensAdvice is this something you can help with? I am currently sleeping on my bedroom floor with a back injury waiting to get a refund for the wrong mattress sent so I can purchase another mattress. The stalling tactics have meant the 14 days return window is almost over.

I have multiple emails from @Groupon_UK saying they will collect the product but since I responded to them they have not collected the item and ignored my further emails! They told @paypal I had not followed this up and the refund time period had ended, before the 14 days were up

Have spent 3 days trying to get a delivery sent to me at an address Hermes have delivered to before to only find out it's been sent back to @Gymshark appalling service!

@Hermesparcels why is it so difficult to contact Hermes to answer delivery questions they ask to complete a delivery? I have nothing but problems everytime a parcel delivery is to be 'fulfilled by Hermes'
