Hey @Gymshark @BenFrancis1992 my order arrived today clearly tampered with. Parcel ripped open and items inside had been opened. I’ve reported it to @ThamesVP and have video evidence. Support (Zhyra) hasn’t helped resolve this. Please escalate.

@Gymshark @Evri Tracking says my parcel had a delivery attempt today but no courier came. The proof photo is just the inside of the van. I’ve also been told redelivery is 17 March. Reported to @ThamesVP. Can someone investigate?

@Gymshark order #UK17891182 was returned at the start of feb and I've still heard nothing, and not got my refund. the recommended support website does not exist.
