@CVSHealth Paid for a passport photo (incl. digital copy) at your Sugar Land, TX store (16515 Lexington Blvd) but never received the digital file. Store staff were rude and refused to resolve it. CVS Photo customer service said they don’t process refunds. Case #S-15048122
Need:
* Immediate refund for undelivered service (digital passport photo not provided)
* Clarification on why CVS Photo support is unable to process refunds
* Accountability for store experience where staff redirected me without resolution with formal apology
