Weeks ago, I found my physical @CVSHealth card linked to a stranger, exposing my medical data. Today, while getting a vaccine at a store, I tried to delete it & link a new card. The system completely BLOCKED me. CVS customer service has ignored this major security flaw for weeks!

@CVSHealth seriously? This is how my order was delivered today! Not only was the box ridiculously oversized for what I ordered, but THE BOX WASN'T EVEN SEALED SHUT!! Anyone could of reached into the box and taken stuff out! Not the first time either! DO BETTER!

"Extra Care Plus Customer Disappointed with @CVS @CVSHealth customer service. Ordered Clorox Silver mouth rinse (3x 32oz) on 3/4/26, Order #755007141. Shipped via UPS (1ZGH80750337385084) but never arrived. Customer Support says 'too late to reship' — dispute with my credit card for refund! Lost my ExtraCare rewards/coupons too. Your AI phone system is broken, @CVSHealth. It forces exact keywords, won’t let you correct mistakes, and can’t handle something as basic as twins with the same birthday—so I can’t access both of my kids’ prescriptions. I’m missing updates and cannot reach a human. Fix it.
