Glad they told me to be 10 minutes early for my appointment that was supposed to start 20 minutes ago. @CVSHealth do better at scheduling. I was here earlier waiting and the wait time went from 20 minutes to 1h and 10 minutes and no one was here

Personal Assistant to Uncle Clifford

@CVSHealth for the second month in a row you tech have decided they know better than my doctors and refuse to fill my medication. You care processes or patient/care is atrocious! I even called to check on Friday per my Dr. Did my CVS call back NO! They tell my brother at 5pm.

@CVSHealth Very disappointed at Store #10905. Paid for 90-day supply but got only 30 days (overcharged). Pharmacist was rude & dismissive when I raised it—refused to check receipt or resolve. Wasted 1+ hour. This needs fixing; better staff training please!

I loathe and detest @CVSHealth @cvspharmacy!! I am waiting for my critical maintenance medication Creon to be filled. I need it to be able to digest my food & for my body to absorb its nutrients properly. I ran out yesterday morning. My doctor sent the prescription in ladt Wednesday, 2 days early which is what CVS requested as they do not keep this medication in stock & must order it each time they get a Rx for it. Well turns out they needed more information from my doctor before they could process the Rx, which was done on Tuesday & I was told by the pharmacist on Tuesday that they ordered it for Wednesday & it would be ready then (yesterday). Well it still hasn’t been delivered to them & I can’t eat because of it. The UPS tracking provided on their app says it should be delivered to my CVS by 5pm today. Problem is, I can’t drive at all because of my vision impairment & the only person around who can take me there can’t drive in the dark because she has night vision problems. So unless it arrived & gets filked within the next hour or so, I am screwed. I hate CVS because every single time I have a Rx ordered, there seems to be some sort of issue. My sister in Westchester says the same. And so do all of my doctors. They told me they have more problems with CVS than any other pharmacy. It’s so annoying & frustrating because it’s the pharmacy my insurance wants us to use. I wish they could improve their service because they SUCK! Just venting. I’m hungry. But no food until I get my medication otherwise I’ll get sick. It sucks. Argh. 🥲☹️😫

@CVSHealth that minute clinic in Austell, GA is a waste of time. Sat there 35 mins waiting to just ask a question about a service I already paid for. 2 of the offices are pitch black closed and the other office is not working.. just sitting with the door closed and laughing
