POTUS has done an excellent job trying to negotiate without inflicting damage. At every step, he has repeatedly given warnings and requested negotiations in good faith. Yet, as usual, the Iranian leaders appear to be way over their heads but extremely arrogant. They don’t care about their country or their people. The mullahs should give up and listen to POTUS.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a good solution to replace a do-nothing Congress. You can’t primary them because voters say, “Not my guy—my guy is great for the job.” Yet those same people vote Congress as the lowest-performing body in the government. There’s no question about it: we just have to impose term limits. Somehow, we, the voters, need to get that one important bill passed through Congress. That should help—then elected people will realize they don’t have a lifetime of service and they have to do work on behalf of the people who put them there.
