This weekend I placed 34th (7–2) at the Regional and 23rd (6–2) at the Warsaw Treasure Cup playing Nami U/Y 🌩️
I decided not to play Lucy because I’m a player who tends to not play fast, and time management is one of the deck’s weaknesses, something I also pointed out in the guide. I didn’t want to lose games due to the timer, and risk getting into arguments (which I absolutely want to avoid) with opponents who excessively try to take advantage of time.
I read an accusatory comment saying that I should be “forced” to play Lucy since I wrote a guide about it.
First of all, I want to clarify that all my content is created after weeks of intensive testing, and my main goal is always to deliver high-quality, reliable material (as shown by the 20+ reviews and the 9.5 average rating on the Lucy guide), regardless of the deck I decide to bring to an event.
Secondly, I’d like to point out that two of my testing partners, @RobertoScuTCG and @Yorre02, who also studied the guide, helped refine it, and worked closely with me on Lucy during this period, achieved amazing results: 3rd place at the Warsaw Treasure Cup, 8th place at the Lille Treasure Cup, and 5th place at the Warsaw Treasure Cup, all with Lucy.
That being said, I find it absurd that I even have to “justify” my decisions and the deck I choose to play. However, I still decided to explain the situation because I value being transparent and clear with both my supporters and those who criticize me without fully understanding who I am, how I approach the game, and the amount of work behind every single deck.
Thank you as always to everyone who believes in me and supports me. And to those who criticize without being fully informed, I just ask for a bit of trust and less hate.

@armangh333 @DicleGianluca Was nice playing you again mate, hopefully third game comes soon!

My results for the weekend in Warsaw, Poland.

Swiss:

GP Luffy 🟢
Lim 🔴 (Brick No Counter)
UP Luffy @DicleGianluca 🔴
BY Nami 🟢
Green Zoro 🟢
Unfortunately ended up in 18th place — this year I missed Top Cut at 5 tournaments just because of time breaks.
Treasure Cup:
At the Treasure Cup I started 4–0, but ended up falling off at the end.
I’ll be glad when this meta is over. 🚬

English

@AngeloT_OP Sir, what about 4x 7c stage so when they pop it in mirror you can just play another??
English

Lately I’ve been getting a lot of messages asking: “Imu list with or without Stussy?”
In my opinion, there isn’t a right answer, it really depends on your goal.
If your aim is to win a big event, you should go for the most well-rounded list possible, while still including cards that prevent you from having almost auto-lose matchups.
Winning a top cut bo3 match (most likely against a skilled opponent), with lower seed versus Ace, would be really difficult without her.
On the other hand, running Charlos can make your Swiss rounds smoother, making it easier to reach top if you expect to face multiple Imu mirrors.
However, I personally believe it’s easier to win an Imu mirror in Swiss without Charlos, by simply outskilling your opponent, than it is to win a top cut match versus Ace without Stussy, against a competent player.

@YamatuerTCG Congrats! Out of curiosity; why 4x 4c zoro and 2x cavendish instead of 4x cavendish, 2x 4c zoro?
English

Lucky 3rd today. Same decklist for the past 4 weeks
Averaging x-2 :
x-2,x-2,x-3,x-1
Decks doing what it should be doing :) just upset that my luck was used before serial zoro coming next week. @ONEPIECE_tcg_EN
