This is incredibly ignorant and unintentionally hilarious. 1) Mozart's music is not "shaped around the mass." If it's shaped around anything, it's Sonata form. Only a small portion of his thousands of pieces of music are liturgical. Orchestras tune to A 440 Hz, that is, vibrations per second. In Mozart's time, the pitch was lower, but we can't know for sure. But keys can be transposed up and down, and they frequently are. Do you honestly believe that if an orchestra accidentally tunes to A 430, that the music will sound differently?
