We need several new laws to adequately deal with the cult of Scientology. It’s imperative that working on legislation be the next phase. Exposure was phase one. We’re doing a great job at that, but now we need the laws to help law enforcement truly help victims. We really need to rethink the statute of limitations when it comes to this level of abuse that we see with Scientology. They also need to grow a pair and stop fearing being called a religious bigot. No religion or cult has the right to abuse people.

Therapists and coaches are completely unregulated in the UK. Belonging to BACP etc is not regulation and the patient has no protection if things go wrong. The @The_HCPC is working towards regulation of therapists and psychologists (not sure about coaches).
