In Sales Calls: You’re not there to make them feel safe. Safe is the prison. It's why they’re still broke. Your job is to make "safe" feel expensive, And get them to agree they shouldn't want to feel safe (short-term).

Legacy is not about being famous or remembered by millions. It is about the way you made people feel, the love you gave freely, and the small positive changes you left behind. Live so that your presence becomes someone’s quiet inspiration.

At one point my son and his friend kept looking for shortcuts to getting rich. Over and over I told them the way to do it is just to make something people want. If this is what I tell my own kids about getting rich, why won't politicians believe this is how a lot of people do it?

I worked with someone last year who'd spent fifteen years in education. Curriculum design. The kind of work that shapes how thousands of people learn something without ever meeting the person who built the structure. When she went independent, she couldn't see what she had to offer outside of that context. "Who needs what I know outside of schools?" she asked. We made a list. Every company that onboards people. Every team that needs to explain complex things simply. Every organisation trying to build institutional knowledge that doesn't leave when people do. She had a language for learning design that most businesses had never encountered. It wasn't a niche problem. It was a visibility problem. She hadn't shown up where the people with that problem could find her.

As someone coming from a dev/engineering background, I absolutely hate marketing and always try to avoid it. I know many people here on X feel the same, so I definitely don’t feel alone. And every time I think I need to crack TT/IG, I step into it, try something, realise it’s not working the way I expected, and quickly jump back into my comfort zone: just building stuff. But once I’m back in my comfort zone, I keep staring at all those X posts about social media marketing that wake me up at night and tell me: no, you can’t leave it like this, you have to try again! 😀 And with each new attempt, I zoom out a little and realise that every time my hands get deeper and dirtier in marketing. That’s what keeps me motivated, because I see that I’m not always starting from the same point, I’m actually moving forward, step by step. Yesterday I was trying to create and warm up US TikTok accounts, and today I have fully automated TT/IG pipelines that create not only slideshows but actual videos. So I have a feeling I’m getting closer to the point where I’ll finally start seeing real results. And that’s what you absolutely must do guys, just keep pushing, no matter what 🙂

After automating my TikTok posting pipeline, I got engaged and went for Instagram posts automation 😀 That was actually easy as well but the best thing is that it's full 100% automated! I have my mini pc that runs 24/7 firing cron jobs for 2 pipelines: 1. Slideshows into the 12-15 secs video. 2. Video content : 4 secs of the hook (AI generated with Veo 3.1) and then 6 secs of the app CTA glued together. Started this pipeline only 3 days ago so a bit early to see the outcome. I get around 50 views per both slideshow play-through and the video content but hopefully it'll grow later!
