@MsKenEnglish @MrTs_NQTs I work mainly with independent schools. Have you considered teaching in a prep school? They employ secondary trained teachers for years 6-8 and are working at GCSE level by year 7/8. All my schools are in the South East so I can’t help but just keep going!!
