That is a by-product of his expedition. Not the main objective per se. If bringing gangetic waters was the objective there is no need to mount such a massive invasion of Bangla lands 😭

A valid debate works only when an actual intellectual climate exists. An ideological climate makes everything sus. Why should I indulge in a good faith debate when in everything it is "heads you win. Tails I lose". One can't pursue truth for truths sake as long as "to what material end" question remains unanswered.

The city’s aviation troubles are a function of infrastructure bottlenecks, airspace and slot constraints, and administrative failure (legacy issues of the state govt not doing LA plus a horrible AAI), not a straightforward measure of economic weakness. Treating a distorted indicator as a clean proxy is not rigorous. One can use other proxies but aviation is the worst choice.
