Many Border Patrol vehicles and other unmarked cars just exited the anti-ICE protest area in Paramount, California. They were met with fierce resistance from protesters, with a number of vehicles being visibly damaged.

We had a great time taking Cowboy for a walk along the 110 Freeway at this year’s ArroyoFest! So proud to be part of the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments which sponsored this community event!

I love being Vice President of this group of 32 San Gabriel Valley cities, the largest COG in the region, and serving our entire SGV community with these types of events.

With over 10,000 people biking, running, walking, scooting and more on the historic highway, I was proud of our team for pulling it off. They worked really hard to organize it and then showed up at 6:30am on a Sunday for the opening ceremony (I didn’t make it at 6:30am).
