ARDC Kalaki District APUUN Denis Richard has today delivered a key note address to students of S 1 and S 5 classes in Otuboi comprehensive secondary, Apapai Seed sec, and Kakure seed sch on patriotism lectures. He took students thru the 2026-2031 NRM manifesto commitments.

APUUN ARDC Kalaki, along with stakeholders from the District, attended a training by the team from the dep't of honours and awards from the presidency. The training unearthed the salience of the chancery in motivation of servicemen and women in public and private sector.

APUUN the ARDC Kalaki along with the DEO, DIS, DSO, and headteachers in the District flag off the kids' athletes selection exercise at the District boma ground. The selected athletes will compete with other schools in Tororo District on 2nd May 2026.

ARDC KALAKI DISTRICT Mr APUUN along with a team from MOH and Kalaki Malaria FPP at Dokolo 102.4 fm. As a district, we received 1,835 bales totalling to 9,750 mosquitoe nets meant for distribution starting tomorrow 15th, April 2026 & LC1s should lead pple to var points in time.

ARDC APUUN today, 11th 4 2026 attended a mtg at Kibukia Landing site, in Bululu S/c, Kalaki District, on Fisheries and Landing sites Management. This was after a district engagement organized by the Deputy CDF and Dir CMI Maj Gen R Otto. New guidelines were given to the Fishers.

Today, along with the inspector of schools, rep of the CAO, all HMs, APUUN, the ARDC Kalaki District officiated a one day SMC and PTA induction training at PAG church, Otuboi. ARDC cautioned attendees on poor enrolment, retention, and completion in Govt aided schools.

Today, the PS Office of the President, Hajji Yunus Kakande, the HR Office of the President, Mr. Herbert Atuhaire, and I convened a Zoom meeting of RDCs/RCCs/DRDCs/ARDCs/DISOs and their Deputies across the country. I applouded them for the teamwork, resilience, discipline, and dedication they demonstrated during the recently concluded elections. Their unity of purpose greatly eased their work and directly contributed to national stability. Their collaboration with security agencies, local leaders, and communities ensured that the government remained stable, visible, and effective on the ground. I commended their effort and teamwork that contributed to the landslide victory of 71.65% of total votes to our National NRM Chairperson, H.E. Rtd. Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni @KagutaMuseveni. During the meeting, I reminded the RDCs, DISOs and their deputies that the current term of office runs until the President is sworn in, government business continues without interruption, therefore I urged them to remain fully active in monitoring government programmes like PDM, Emyooga and protecting the gains already made by our Government. I urged them to avoid bad practices such as corruption, land grabbing, divisions and abuse of office and also fight corruption at all levels, collaborate with sister agencies such as the Anti-Corruption Unit, ISO, and DPP, etc and assist local residents to obtain justice. As we begin a new political term, I urge those who seek to renew their mandate to act professionally, responsibly, and with discipline while avoiding blackmail, rumors, loose talk, internal conflicts, and public accusations. We count on your continued dedication as we consolidate peace, accelerate development and move Uganda forward in the new political term. The meeting was attended by the head, statehouse Anti-Corruption Unit, Brig. Gen. Henry Isoke, Mugabe Robert, Director political affairs ISO, Deputy Director, CID Madam Chelimo and heads of departments and Agencies, as well as DPP's office representative, attended the meeting.
