@john_macgowan @DrCaseyBabb Yeah - there is a hobby shooting club where I live. No training by a terrorist organisation required. This was a father and son that lost it. Also people on acreages with livestock have guns - my 84 yo neighbour can shoot a fox or dog no worries. No rocket engineering.

@DrCaseyBabb In Australia, gun licenses are predicated on having a reason, so if you live in the suburbs you have to be a member of a gun club and attend events every year - the average Australian gun owner is putting more rounds down range than some active duty personnel.

Using a bolt-action rifle in a terrorist attack is unusual, but based on how this weapon was used with such confidence and familiarity, it's clear that these terrorists were relatively well-trained. We absolutely deserve answers.
