Dear @IRCTCofficial, Dear @AshwiniVaishnaw, Date: 23 May 2026 Time: 5:15 AM Train: Golden Temple (12903) This is not a general coach. This is the condition of a sleeper coach. There was not even enough space to walk to the washroom. People were sleeping on the floor, near the doors, and everywhere possible. The TC came and saw everything, but did not say a single word. It looks like this has become normal for Indian Railways. I have sympathy for these passengers, but if Railways already know that general coach passengers are more, then why not add more general coaches? Why are sleeper coaches being turned into general coaches every day? For years, passengers have been raising the same issue, posting photos and videos, tagging officials, and still nothing changes. Indian Railways talks about modernization and new trains, but what about basic crowd management and passenger safety in normal trains? And please, do not ask me for the PNR. Asking for the PNR will not solve this issue. This is not one passenger’s problem. This is the daily reality of thousands of people.

@TajinderBagga @AkasaAir @agoda All of the middle brokers companies not want to take the Hindi name for it but they are doing that only! Even other platforms claim they are giving good but at the end they aren’t giving anything free or promotional it’s all their game of bluff!!!

Booked an @AkasaAir ticket via @agoda and accidentally selected Navi Mumbai instead of Mumbai. Tried cancelling via Agoda - they showed a cancellation fee of ₹4,764 and refund of just ₹1,571. Then I checked directly with Akasa Air. Akasa Air’s own cancellation page shows: • Total deduction: ₹299 • Refund amount: ₹6,076 Akasa customer care also confirmed the airline cancellation charge is only ₹299, and since the booking was made through Agoda, the refund would go back to Agoda. So the obvious question: If the airline is deducting only ₹299, why is Agoda charging me ₹4,764? That’s an extra ₹4,465 for what exactly? Charging 15x the airline’s actual cancellation fee for the same ticket feels completely unethical. @agodaindia please explain this loot. @AkasaAir passengers deserve transparency from booking partners. @jagograhakjago @MoCA_GoI

What will didi do now? She can't go to the Assembly because she lost the election. If she makes one of her MLAs resign to fight a bypoll, Suvendu Adhikari will stand against her and defeat her for the third time. She can't ask any of her Rajya Sabha MPs to resign and make way for her because she no longer has a majority in the Bengal Assembly, and BJP would snatch that seat if fresh Rajya Sabha elections are held due to resignation. She can't go to the Lok Sabha either till at least 2029. So where will she go after getting up every day?

His name was Pradyumn Thakur. He was 7 years old. Class 2 at Ryan International School in Gurugram, Haryana. His father dropped him at the school gate at 7:55 am on September 8, 2017. At 8:08 am, he was found outside a washroom with his throat slit. He was rushed to hospital and declared dead on arrival. The school did not call the police. His parents did. Haryana Police arrived three and a half hours later. They noticed blood stains on bus conductor Ashok Kumar. The same clothes he wore while carrying a bleeding 7 year old child to a car. On September 10, the Police Commissioner held a press conference. He declared Ashok Kumar was the killer. He said Ashok had tried to sexually assault Pradyumn and murdered him. The Chief Minister of Haryana congratulated the police for solving the case. The Bar Association of Gurugram passed a resolution refusing to let any lawyer defend Ashok Kumar. The Supreme Court later disciplined them for this. Pradyumn’s mother said from day one she believed Ashok was being framed. CBI took over the case. They found no forensic evidence against Ashok Kumar. No evidence of sexual assault. The gardener who was first at the scene said he saw no blood on Ashok before Ashok helped carry the child. The claimed semen sample did not exist. [Source: CBI chargesheet 2018] In November 2017, CBI arrested the real accused. A 16 year old student at the same school. CBI said he confessed to killing Pradyumn to get his exams cancelled. He chose his victim randomly. Ashok Kumar was acquitted of all charges on February 28, 2018. [Source: Child Special Court Gurugram judgment February 28, 2018] In January 2021, CBI charged four Gurugram Police officers with framing Ashok Kumar. Falsifying documents. Torture. Criminal conspiracy. [Source: CBI chargesheet January 2021] Those four officers have not been convicted. The Police Commissioner who declared Ashok guilty on television faced no consequences. The Chief Minister who congratulated police faced no consequences. Pradyumn’s family is still waiting for justice for their son. Follow for stories India deserves to remember.
