@Jennifer_Hiller Important context for the Nunes and Swider resignations from TMTG is that they’re both involved in $RTAC and may have resigned due to an upcoming conflict of interest.

I missed this earlier – In October announced an LOI with OnMed that was not well received. Per the 10-K that LOI expired in March.
The sponsor just filed for a second SPAC $GUACU which is potentially indicative of a near-term transaction announcement.
If so, hopefully it is something more on trend and well received
Would also note that $GSRF filed for another vehicle tonight as well so another one to look out for

Curious to see what kind of deal $SAAQ can land. Led by Peter Ort who already has deals for $DAAQ and $RAAQ. @RaphaelE2MC is Chairman for this one and should provide some useful guidance.

Did anything happen with $TACO SPAC or have warrants just doubled for no specific reason?

@DumbInvestorGuy The LOI expiry and no deal with OnMed was just a line on the 10-K. Went unnoticed for a while. Harry on absolute Return podcast March 11th was very excited about finding an AI deal. Today filed Berto II so possible he has a new TACO deal. We'll see.

@ArbProfit Agreed. The optimist in me thinks the market signalled pretty clearly OnMed was not it. So hopefully at the very least they could leverage the negative reception into a smaller valuation. Fingers crossed for a much better target though ofc
