Why Do People Take What Happens on Social Media Beyond the Platform? Reporting my political posts to my dad, either with good intentions or bad was way going too far😗. Telling them that you fear for my safety? Really bro? I'd step down on political posts for now. So help me God😼.

Whether through consensus or primaries, they’re unlikely to hand you the ticket, not because you lack merit, but because you’re not part of their inner circle. In their eyes, you haven’t “earned” it. That, Mallam, is the harsh reality of Nigerian politics.
Imran Muhammad@Imranmuhdz

I will challenge this injustice of Gombe APC governorship consensus even if I lose my life doing it. If it’s direct primary, everybody knows, we will win. If there’s no justice, I will fight it legally, a fight like never seen before in Nigeria. - Prof. Isa Ali Pantami told BBC Hausa

We are nothing but a number of days, never forget how fleeting life is. Make each moment count, leave behind goodness, and strive for what truly matters before time slips away.

It hurts that the party chose someone else over @ProfIsaPantami. Gombe missed a rare chance for visionary leadership. I believe he would have done better, but the system had other plans. Allah ya sa shi ne mafi alkheri

@aedcelectricity I returned to Minna on Thursday and still haven’t had power for a second. This is unacceptable.

Among all the aspirants contesting for the Zone A senatorial seat, Sani Legbo Kutigi stands out as the most competent and best qualified. His experience, capacity, and track record clearly set him apart, making him a strong choice for effective representation.

@AliyuRaheenah Is it right in Islam to insult a leader, let alone a respected scholar (malam)

There’s a clear difference between criticism and insults. One aims to correct or improve, the other simply tears down without adding value. Real conversations are built on respect, not ridicule.

I actually don’t see anything wrong with what NANS said about Pantami. He is a well-versed religious person, yes, and we have learned a lot from him. However, he is not perfect. Siding with people responsible for our condition doesn’t make him any different.

Just because Mallam stepped into politics doesn’t give anyone the right to insult him. Disagreement is normal, but it should be expressed with respect and reason. Criticize ideas if you must, but let it be guided by facts, fairness, and good character, not abuse or mockery.
