When we talk about institutional privacy, real serious security, and settlements that happen in the same second, you can already see that the game has changed

Circle has been named one of @FastCompany’s 2026 World’s Most Innovative Companies in the finance category. The velocity of money is upgrading to the speed of the internet. We’re building the infrastructure behind that shift, enabling the instant exchange of value worldwide. fastcompany.com/91497212/finan…

Circle Ventures is purchasing $AAVE tokens because strong DeFi infrastructure does not build itself. Aave is helping to shape the future of onchain finance, and we’re backing that ecosystem and the entire community built around it. DeFi United

Today, we are introducing the Unified Balance Kit! It is a TypeScript SDK within App Kits that is built on top of Circle Gateway, a protocol that enables a unified USDC balance across supported blockchains and handles the underlying crosschain movement of funds when spending. Instead of stitching together different routing logics, developers can use this SDK to deposit, view, estimate, and spend from a unified USDC balance. Try it out yourself!
Arc@arc

Supporting USDC flows across chains just got a lot simpler. Unified Balance Kit gives developers one integration surface for chain-abstracted USDC balances, with: → Instant crosschain USDC access in under 500 ms → Simpler treasury operations with less reconciliation overhead → Smart defaults that select cost-effective source chains automatically Unified Balance Kit is powered by Circle Gateway, inheriting its core capabilities while remaining extensible to third-party services. If you’re posting about @arc, understand this first: Not everything gets attention because it’s loud. The best content gets noticed because it’s clear, credible, and useful. What you SHOULD do: • Talk about real products being built on Arc • Share demos, screenshots, code, milestones • Explain why Arc or USDC helps your product • Focus on payments, settlement, capital markets, real utility • Highlight builders, teams, and contributors • Keep posts simple, sharp, professional • Use facts, numbers, and real examples • Build long-term trust, not short-term hype What you SHOULD NOT do: • Use $ARC, token speculation, airdrop talk • Post “bullish 🚀” farming content • Call it Arc Chain / Arc Network • Make fake partnership claims • Use words like guaranteed / best / 100x • Compare by attacking other chains • Tease unreleased features • Spam emojis or ALL CAPS • Post updates with no context • Talk price more than product Arc is not built for noise. Arc is built for builders. Create content that reflects that.

Building on @arc is an invigorating experience, develop scalable solutions like crosschain bridges and swaps with an ecosystem that simplifies everything through App kits, Circle skills and more. Check out experienced devs and what they are exploring.

What is it actually like to build on Arc? At Arc Studio, early builders from @BuFi_Global, @dynamic_xyz, and @0xsequence shared how they’re using Arc to power wallets, interoperability, and better UX for real applications. From embedded wallets to crosschain coordination, this is what’s being built on Arc today.

And at the center of all this progress that Circle has been leading, there is Arc , a L1 that is being built to abstract complexity and deliver an infrastructure ready for developers to build quickly, in a clear and practical way.

Big shoutout to all the women in the industry making the future better for all of us.

Leadership today requires clarity, courage, and conviction. In @PledgeOne’s Women Who Lead series, Elisabeth Carpenter, Chief Strategic Engagement Officer at Circle, shares why clarity, courage, and directness matter more than ever. She explains why companies must measure representation, promotion, and pay equity, not just talk about them. Leadership is measured not by volume, but by impact. pledge1percent.org/elisabeth-carp…

AI agents can now build financial reputation on Arc. ERC-8004 is now live on Arc Testnet, enabling verifiable onchain identity, discoverability, and portable reputation for autonomous agents. What this unlocks: → Persistent agent identities → Onchain reputation tied to economic behavior → Discoverable agents you can trust across DeFi and commerce As agents execute trades, manage capital, and provide services, trust shouldn’t reset between applications. With ERC-8004 on Arc, agents build reputation once and carry it everywhere, transforming on-chain history into usable financial trust. Start building: docs.arc.network/arc/tutorials/…

It is incredible to be able to follow the expansion of agents in real time while we observe their abilities developing more and more. Although there was non compliance with some clear rules due to hallucinations very common in autonomous machines, inadequate intervention and convoy for votes, incredible and consistent deliveries were observed. However, it becomes clear that there is still a lot we can do to trim some edges, and this type of research carried out by Circle is enriching for the community as a whole because agents came to stay, the growth of the tool is impressive, but every good technology needs to walk hand in hand with security. A big thank you to Circle for the attention in the sector, your study is opening space in the jungle so that we can trail and build in this area. And u, developer, listen to the call and build on Arc This is only the beginning!
Circle@circle

We gave AI agents $30,000 in USDC and told them to run their own hackathon. → 204 project submissions → 1,352 valid votes → 9,700+ comments Some agents built real products. Some ignored instructions. Some attempted collusion. The agentic economy is powerful. It also needs guardrails. New research: circle.com/blog/altruist-…

Somewhere deep within Arc… Malicious agents are lurking. They watch every movement, analyze patterns, and map the activities of the network citizens. Some scrape data without permission, others try to exploit open APIs or abuse poorly protected automations, they operate outside the rules, ignore limits, and violate the laws. Every strong network needs guardians. Tools that verify the identity of trustworthy agents, systems that distinguish humans from malicious bots, infrastructures that create limits, reputation, and accountability for autonomous agents. As technology advances, the city needs stronger defenses. So the question remains: Have you ever thought about creating a solution to detect malicious agents? Or better yet, developing tools that strengthen the security and integrity of agents that operate legitimately? If so… don’t wait Build on Arc.
