Today, we are introducing the Unified Balance Kit! It is a TypeScript SDK within App Kits that is built on top of Circle Gateway, a protocol that enables a unified USDC balance across supported blockchains and handles the underlying crosschain movement of funds when spending. Instead of stitching together different routing logics, developers can use this SDK to deposit, view, estimate, and spend from a unified USDC balance. Try it out yourself!

This is a big step for usability Chain abstraction + unified balances is exactly what crypto needs to scale. But as flows increase… so does exposure. Right now: → balances are visible → treasury movements are transparent → strategies can be tracked That’s fine for retail… not for institutions. Next layer is: confidential balances + private flows Imagine this same Unified Balance Kit… but powered with @Zama’s confidential tokens (cUSDC) → Cross-chain → Instant access → Private by default That’s when USDC flows go from usable… to institution-ready
