@Vigram Yeah, but couldn’t they have just ported the old one? If I recall correctly, they claimed a remaster and added $10 to the price.

@ArcadeChannel The main reason was to release it on PS 5/PC as the original was PS 4 only, so they only did minor updates.

I only just now realized they did a "remaster" of The Last of Us 2, last year, only 5 years after the initial release. At this point, remasters like this are just money grabs and reasons to upcharge gamers for the same game.
