King of wrestling is Hogan. Im a huge Stone Cold fan. But Hogan had like a 20 year run between WWF WCW and then WWE. He is why people know wrestling over seas. He was international even in Asia. Austin and Flair were not as global. Flair is close to Hogan level with wrestling fans. But Hogan got the casual fans too. Like your grandmother would recognize him. Talking iconic. He has mic skills, the build, star power, stayed away from drugs, sold tickets, even had his own cartoon. No one was on his level. Austin was there about 1997 to 1999 white hot. Ppl said "what" when he was no longer there. Ppl still say Wooooo too. But going by the top guy the longest and wrestling in different eras as a top guy too its Hogan all day.
