@CouncilmanPaul6 Cool, but… can I get the compost bin that was requested about a year ago there? (Already have smallest trash cart). Thanks!

@nbminor That crossing that gets you on the path to Marion Parkway usually has vehicle crash debris and always feels hairy

Speer is essentially a six-lane urban highway here, where two popular bike routes meet.

@JFredBeck2 We’ll, they’d probably be pretty pissed with me after running over that one a few weeks ago…

Crossing Wewatta St at Cherry Creek in LoDo has always felt super dangerous to me, with many drivers failing to stop for pedestrians, many of whom are going to games/concerts.
So I decided to #PutAJokerOnIt to see if it will improve the situation.

One of the joys of getting around by bike is how easy it is to swing by projects that our office is working on. #bikeden #architecture #urbanism

@CarterLavin < 5 miles, and I am grateful for that. (Excludes bi-weekly trips to a job site in Boulder, which does require a car for time constraints - 30 miles away)

@BikesnTribe Caught a lucky pocket about a half hour ago - didn’t even try CCT LoDo to CClub.

@DenBicycleLobby CCT passable from Downing to Confluence as of 8:30 Thurs am.

Denver Parks & Recreation@denverparksrec
Water may still be found on Cherry Creek Trail which remains closed @ Downing. Water continues to release from the dam through 6/1. Chatfield Dam will also release more water which could flood low spots along the S. Platte River Trail. geospatialdenver.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappvie…

@DenBicycleLobby My wife happened to be driving down Speer when I was trying to make my way down this morning and caught this pic - CCT was indeed a big no-go!

#BikeDEN Cherry Creek trail is still impassible.

Denver’s Cherry Creek Trail as of 9:20 a.m. Friday morning… This is between 13th and 14th. As you can see, still severely flooded…

@BikesnTribe Going to be a better ride home than it was coming in this morning!

@BikesnTribe @DenBicycleLobby My co-workers often ask me if there is any weather in which I won’t ride… pretty much this. Could take the streets I suppose, but every time I’ve done so it just heightens my appreciation for the CCT.
