At scene of a structure fire on Pentz Road across from Feather River Hospital. Fire is knocked down, contained to an attached garage. All occupants evacuated safely. Checking for extension into the attic. Quick work by our firefighters kept the flames from spreading. #PentzFire

A spring storm will bring much needed snow to the Sierra Nevada this weekend, totaling 2-3+ feet at highest peaks.
Snowpack is 23% of normal when it should be at its peak, leading to ski resorts closing early.
This one storm won’t get it back to normal, but anything will help.
