If you insist, so it will be." The judge ruled from the bench that OpenAI should have asked Elon Musk about it while he was still on the stand. She saw the move for what it was, an attempt to put a private message in front of the jury without giving Elon Musk a chance to respond. The "Musk threat" headlines from this morning have now flipped into stories about a denied motion.
