@SocketSecurity UPDATE in case you missed it earlier: This is bigger than initially reported. Both axios@1.14.1 AND axios@0.30.4 were compromised – the attacker poisoned the 1.x and 0.x branches within 39 minutes of each other, maximizing blast radius across projects using caret ranges.

🚨 CRITICAL: Active supply chain attack on axios -- one of npm's most depended-on packages. The latest axios@1.14.1 now pulls in plain-crypto-js@4.2.1, a package that did not exist before today. This is a live compromise. This is textbook supply chain installer malware. axios has 100M+ weekly downloads. Every npm install pulling the latest version is potentially compromised right now. Socket AI analysis confirms this is malware. plain-crypto-js is an obfuscated dropper/loader that: • Deobfuscates embedded payloads and operational strings at runtime • Dynamically loads fs, os, and execSync to evade static analysis • Executes decoded shell commands • Stages and copies payload files into OS temp and Windows ProgramData directories • Deletes and renames artifacts post-execution to destroy forensic evidence If you use axios, pin your version immediately and audit your lockfiles. It’s simple to say “trust the science” when you’ve never been shown who’s actually funding it. Most people don’t realize that the studies they rely on have been filtered, edited, and packaged by the very corporations that profit from disease. So when someone parrots “trust the science,” what they’re really saying is “I trust authority.” They’re not engaging critically, they’re complying. To truly question the system is to step outside of it. It’s to claim a kind of freedom that most people aren’t ready to take. And until you do, you’re playing by rules designed to keep you inside a cycle created for control.

WWIII isn’t something coming in the future, it’s already here, and the battlefield is the human mind. This war isn’t fought with bombs but with narratives, algorithms, and constant psychological pressure designed to keep people distracted, divided, and reactive. Divide and conquer. Step back from the emotion for a moment and just observe the pattern. Every major issue becomes a wedge. One topic splits the population in half. Before that settles, another issue drops and we fracture again. Different headline. Same outcome. Have you noticed how many of the positions people defend contradict each other? It’s as if consistency doesn’t matter anymore. Foundations don’t matter. The only thing that matters is loyalty to a side. Confuse people long enough and they stop thinking in principles because they are under mind control. They start thinking in teams. And once someone blindly trusts their chosen leader, they’ll fight on command, often without fully understanding what they’re arguing about.

Protesting in the streets isn’t rebellion. In many cases, it’s predictable. When your name goes on a domestic terrorist list, you’re participating in the exact mechanism a surveillance state anticipates. Real rebellion is quieter. It’s opting out. Reducing dependence. Increased bio-surveillance, Glyphosate, Iran, etc… None of this is shocking. If you didn’t fall for the “rogue freedom fighter taking out the deep state” PSYOP, this was obvious from the start. Government is going to do what government does, regardless of who’s in office. In my opinion, it’s a waste of energy (and an abdication of self-responsibility) to keep hoping someone is going to change the system from within. We change the world by taking radical ownership of our own beliefs, thoughts, feelings, words, and actions. A lot of people don’t like that message because it removes perpetual victimhood and finger-pointing and puts the responsibility back on each of us as individuals.
