@ArchitectIncome Well, none of us can predict the future and I think the folks at yield Max are learning from their mistakes and it is a satellite position it is about 4% of my portfolio

@LorenGrad1 This guy needs a safe space. I need to explain to him the meaning of total returns and the concept of reasonable and sustainable yields. He first calls me a bot with no apology, now he needs to understand that living on a high-yield sector ETF is not a plan. It's a disaster waiting to happen. Next, he will be saying retire off $ULTY Remember those people? What happened to them?

@ArchitectIncome How about we make a little friendly wager let’s track $100,000 invested in the income produced by the two funds in question and whoever loses offers up a formal public apology?

The payouts will not go down. They will pay you out of the NAV until you hit a reverse split. They will start to just give you your money back. Then, if semiconductors take a noise dive due to all the chips being sent to a warehouse due to data centers getting delayed, your plan blows up in your face. $CHPY as a satellite holding sure. I saw the same post about $MSTY and $ULTY about 1 year ago. They passed diversification.

@ArchitectIncome Well, I can see now that you’re not a bot so yes I do apologize for that and yes, I agree when the IV goes down the payouts might also go down, so what? it is paying about 40% right now if it goes down to 30% and I am playing with house money that is still a damn nice weekly chek

Yet, a well-built portfolio has assets like bitcoin and gold. 12 months from now, people will be like I missed the first 25% of the run on Bitcoin or think it's too late. I have not missed Memory, Photonics, Energy or Space. It is called position sizing. Yet, that appears to a new concept.

Bitcoin maxis will watch memory, photonics, & energy stocks 10X. They’ll then convince people that bought them that they lost purchasing power over the last year compared to Bitcoin.

Up 10.43% on the year 📈 Currently outperforming the S&P 500 by 1%. The market can absolutely be beaten if you’re willing to put in the time, do the research, and hold quality companies long term.

Like Paul Harvey used to say, “And now you know the rest of the story.” @REXShares Growth & Income ETF liquidations 👇 Here are the latest AUM figures (as of recent data from rexshares.com and other sources): • COII (Coinbase) → ~$3.18M • CWII (CoreWeave) → ~$2.90M • HOII (Robinhood) → ~$1.51M • LLII (Eli Lilly) → ~$5.24M • MSII (MicroStrategy) → ~$4.25M • PLTI (Palantir) → ~$1.90M • GIF (Universe / Fund-of-Funds) → ~$4.33M Total AUM across the lineup: under ~$24 million. Could this be the reason? What do you think?? 🤔

They will not lower the distributions; they will take it out of the NAV. You can see that with $GPTY. The distributions are based on the volatility. Yet, I should not have to explain that to you. If the volatility goes down, then either the distributions go down, or they will pay out of the NAV. I never owe anyone an explanation. Yet if I do not get an apology from you for calling me a bot, you will find out what happens to trolls.

@ArchitectIncome Well, my point is if you make a claim be able to point to at least one or two reasons why you made that claim: really not rocket science.

@HeuristicHomie @ArchitectIncome @REXShares They must not be. Honestly, I expect to see more and more fund companies doing this, as only the strongest/most popular single tickers will survive(No one is going to hold 4 versions of the same stock). This is why you don't see @kurvinvest with a whole slew of single tickers.

@ArchitectIncome Those posts remind me of the ULTY frenzy last year. I would tread carefully as market rotations / sell-offs can be harmful for sector-specific funds. Just looking at SOXL and people getting in last week onwards is a sign of FOMO (not both funds are the same..)both running hot

The point is I’m not your financial advisor. If you need financial advice I would advise you to hire someone to tell you why you can’t depend one high yield ETF for your financial plan. I have done tons of videos on reasonable distribution rates. I had two CEOs of multi-billion dollar funds talk about reasonable distribution rates. Yet, your plan is to live on a high yield sector fund. Great plan!
