youtu.be/GXiu7yMGc0Q?si… I use the recipe from steak and butter gal on YouTube. We make it in the instant pot. It's equal parts eggs & water. Cup of eggs=cup of H2O. We add 4 slices of chopped up bacon to 6 eggs. Stir it all up and cook on low for 10 min + or - depending on pref

"It’s hard to eat carnivore on a budget when steak is so expensive." Except you don't have to exclusively load up on grass-finished ribeye. 20% ground beef is the healthiest cut out there. Brisket, eggs, and butter are also cheap. And most importantly, so becomes health care.
