hm, have not noticed at first, but 2025.38 also brings in a "screenshare" service to export the car screen so you can view it remotely (details are unclear yet). When you do it there's going to be a notification on the screen. Secured by a super-duper static 4-digits pin (autogenerated once per boot)

$TSLA 🇨🇳 BREAKING: Tesla China has officially launched Model 3's Long Range RWD! It costs 269,500 yuan and packs a 78.4 kWh battery. Based on CLTC, it has a long driving distance of 830km, so it can be the furthest of the Model 3 trims.

@eivissacopter I deliberately drained my car's battery to 4% before charging it at a V3 Supercharger with six stalls. And mine was the only car. It took 16 minutes to go from 4% to 50%. The LG pack is disappointing. The period where it was locked at 128kW is very strange.

@eivissacopter @mattkocaj I think 460hp is hub power. Not the peak motor power limited by the LG battery( 415kw). One piece of evidence is the curve graphs of HUB TORQUE and HUB POWER used in Tesla's PPT. There are some losses from the motor power to hub power. How do you think?

@mattkocaj Well, now I get it. You meant 460hp, right? It was just a typo... That is most likely #Tesla finally acknowledging the power difference of these two packs (LG vs Panasonic), indeed. The question is, why they are stacking the claimed power so low, as 460hp is certainly not 100%.

@AresiusKing The 303kW is theoretical max Motor power at 112kph based on 320V operating voltage and the 950A inverter. Front and rear motor have to share the available battery power, which is 415kW for the LG pack in China. 303kW was unrealistic to begin with, 265kW is a sensible number.

With all the reporting about a new 600hp+ #Model3 #Performance #Ludicrous...people seem to forget that: - Combined motor power is a theoretical value!👎 - Battery power is the limiting factor!👍 - The expected LG pack (5L) peaks at ℹ️565hpℹ️ ...briefly at 100% SOC when hot!
