@Argos_Online trying to rerun the order but my order number is not recognised? How is that possible. I need assistance asap impossible to get through to a human!

@Argos_Online place order, wait in all day for the 7am-6pm delivery slot. No one turns up, no communication. Customer service give you BS and are then inflexible about getting the delivery done, now asked for a refund and will order from @AmazonUK instead. Well done 👏🏻


@Argos_Online @tuclothing Argos and Tu Clothing have been absolutely useless today. Tried to cancel an order, been told that I will have to wait for to be despatched and leave it a week for it not to be collected before I can get a refund. This is an awful way to do business.


@Argos_Online I've been trying to pay for a microwave online for half an hour and the order won't go through. My payment details are correct and the transaction was verified with my banking app. Please could you advise or I will just give up and buy elsewhere. Thanks.


@Argos_Online I’ve preordered Pokemon Legend ZA for Switch 2. I have yet to receive any update on delivery. When would I normally expect an update as the release date is tomorrow and was expecting to be received at that time.

@Argos_Online Hi there. I have an issue with an item I’ve collected. The jumper has a mark and I’d like it replaced but I don’t want to have to return it and then buy it again as I bought it when TU had 20% off. My order number is 4549061506. Thanks Emma
