@Arhaus I have your big swivel chair and it is squeaking when it swivels. I have the protection plan but it says it’s not covered. Not sure how that makes sense! Can someone please come look at the chair so it doesn’t squeak? Thank you!

Deceptive pricing tactics @Arhaus. Just left the Beavercreek OH store where they were having a 50% off sale. The 50% tag listed the original price at $260.00. However they forgot to remove the original price tag listing the original price at $229.00. Making this a 43% discount, not the 50%.

@Arhaus Do not shop here. Ordered on 3/31/25 with a delivery date of last week of May. That passed and I was told third week of June. When inquiring last week if the item has shipped from NC, no reply from Asst Store Mgr Brock Richard! You’ve lost a customer! Refund my 💰!

@wineandmath @Arhaus I read your comment before purchasing but thought oh but mine says 2 week delivery so it can’t be that bad! Nope-2 weeks is now at least 20 weeks. The worst part is they charge you in full when you place the order. Unacceptable.
