"A web of comprehensive accountability" is not comprehensive if it leaves a ton of grave crimes, that will not be prosecuted effectively or picked by the #ICC or #UJ, out of scope 🇺🇦 needs a special court with mandate for all grave crimes Why so? 🧵Check out the tweets below 👇

I welcome the position of the Ukrainian and Swiss co-chairs of the 4th Meeting of National Security and Foreign Policy Advisors on Key Principles of Peace for Ukraine, condemning Russia’s aggression (bit.ly/3u3asyG). Strongly agree that we all need just and lasting peace for Ukraine and the whole world based on the key principles of international law. Such peace can only be built if the aggressor is held accountable. The working group on implementing Point 7 of Ukraine’s Peace Formula, Restoring Justice, co-chaired by @IrynaRMudra and myself, is committed to developing a web of comprehensive accountability for Russia’s international crimes. We look forward to continuing and expanding our cooperation with all countries and organizations eager to support these efforts.
