Today, Russia launched 80+ missiles and drones targeting Ukrainian energy infrastructure. Trypilska Thermal Power Plant – major plant in Kyiv oblast – is destroyed completely, many other facilities are damaged. We must ensure an adequate int-l justice response. @IntlCrimCourt

I welcome the position of the Ukrainian and Swiss co-chairs of the 4th Meeting of National Security and Foreign Policy Advisors on Key Principles of Peace for Ukraine, condemning Russia’s aggression (bit.ly/3u3asyG). Strongly agree that we all need just and lasting peace for Ukraine and the whole world based on the key principles of international law. Such peace can only be built if the aggressor is held accountable. The working group on implementing Point 7 of Ukraine’s Peace Formula, Restoring Justice, co-chaired by @IrynaRMudra and myself, is committed to developing a web of comprehensive accountability for Russia’s international crimes. We look forward to continuing and expanding our cooperation with all countries and organizations eager to support these efforts.

The @IntlCrimCourt should become more adaptable to the long-standing challenges it faces, such as lack of resources, while the latter is yet to be probably addressed. This would also help make the court more universal. #Ukraine should join the cause and #RatifyRomeStatute.

Polls are not the only thing a position in favor of hybrid mech is based on. There’s plenty of arguments in its support. But at the very least people should stop assuming that everyone in 🇺🇦 supports #CoA tribunal. And the gov-t must stop manipulating with this argument.
