Joe Rogan: “I want to tell everybody how this happened. I sent President Trump some information. We have a giant opioid problem in this country, obviously. In 2024, more than 80K people died of overdoses. It’s a horrible number, and there are more than 5M people that are addicted to opioids right now in this country.”
“With one dose of Ibogaine, more than 80% of people are free of that addiction. With two doses, it's more than 90%. I sent [Trump] that information.”
“The text message came back, ‘Sounds great. Do you want FDA approval? Let's do it.’ It was literally that quick.”
“These drugs are illegal not because they are harmful, they are illegal because of the 1970 controlled substances act passed by the Richard Nixon administration. They did it to target the civil rights movement and the antiwar movement. It’s not because these drugs harm people.”
“And for 56 years, we've lived under those terrible conditions. We're free of that now. We're free of that now, thanks to all these people that you see next to me, and thanks to President Trump!”

🚨BREAKING: Tory Lanez, legally known as Daystar Peterson, has filed a $100 million federal lawsuit against the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, the prison warden, and correctional officers, alleging a near-fatal failure to protect him while incarcerated. According to the complaint, Peterson was stabbed approximately 16 times by another inmate in May 2025, suffering collapsed lungs and permanent injuries, and now claims prison officials knowingly placed him in danger and failed to intervene in time.
What he’s alleging in the lawsuit:
• Failure to protect under the 8th Amendment
Officials allegedly housed him with a known violent offender despite clear risk factors
• Deliberate indifference under the 14th Amendment
Claims prison staff ignored obvious threats to his safety and failed to act
• Negligence
Improper inmate classification, understaffing, and delayed emergency response
• Negligent supervision and training
Alleges systemic failures and policies that allowed this to happen
• Intentional infliction of emotional distress
Based on the severity of the attack and lasting trauma
• Violation of privacy rights
Claims prison staff seized his personal notebooks containing unreleased music and legal notes while he was hospitalized
• Conversion
Accuses officials of wrongfully taking and keeping his intellectual property
Key allegations from the complaint:
• He was stabbed about 16 times by an inmate with a violent history
• Prison officials allegedly knew the attacker was dangerous but still housed them together
• Staff response was delayed, allowing the attack to continue
• He suffered collapsed lungs, facial scarring, and long-term physical and emotional damage
• His unreleased music and legal materials were allegedly taken and never returned
What he’s asking for:
• $100 million in damages
Including medical costs, pain and suffering, lost career earnings, and emotional distress
• Punitive damages
Against prison officials for alleged reckless conduct
• Injunctive relief
Including return of his notebooks and changes to how high-profile inmates are housed
Bottom line:
This lawsuit is not just about the attack itself. It’s about whether prison officials knowingly ignored a serious risk and failed in their legal duty to protect someone in their custody. If proven, this could open the door to major liability for the state and raise broader questions about inmate safety, classification policies, and institutional accountability.
Stay tuned for updates.
Justice for Tory Lanez!

Ice Spice's attorney Bradford Cohen tells TMZ that they will be pressing charges against her attacker:
“The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD and we will be pursuing any and all avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions, including criminally and civilly. We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their lack of appropriate security."
