I sent out 2 packages, one an xbox360 and one a set of glasses. We needed the money, it was about 200$ of cat food, bills, you name it. Both got smashed during shipping and because of a shipping loophole they are not gonna cover us. I am at my wits ends and have been crying

@ScegeVT It was sent through Mecari and they chose USPS for UPS for the glasses. Unbenounced to us, despite the glasses having a UPS sticker, the last stage was shipped by USPS. They won't take fault on it because of this.

@PsiChoChannel The internet is a curated experience. If you see something yoi don't like you block it and you'll get less stuff like that. Privleges I didn't have on websites like deviantart like 13 years ago. Why are we limited what people put out because minors can't respect their spaces.

It takes away from actual victims. So no, it's not our reading literacy. In fact I think looking at the situation and not being able to find someone credible speaking on it is a red flag. I think people have a right to be mad at them for other things, like possible events-

You called someone a pdf based off of outdated information and later they were proved innocent in COURT. The information that originally got them in trouble was NOT published by the victims, but by someone who has been gunning for them for years---

So we just lie knowing fully aware their case was updated and he's not a pdf. It has been updated for over a year now methinks, at least in the side of court. Even before that, the 'victims' said it was nothing to worry about. It was spiteful people about Cam that spread false info, like how you are doing now, that pushed their case to court in the first place. Saying "how can you blame me, there are multiple pdfs in the vtuber community" doesn't cut it. Much of the original info came out from someone who was not a victim and was an op. So we are trusting the person with conflict of interest l? Get a grip.

In my guide I always talked about how important it is to interact and get your name out there, and then do something that gets people to stay. I think it's unreasonable to have expectations of 100 cc if you don't prep, but it doesn't mean it's useless. Not as effective maybe.

This isn't really true and I don't want people to get discouraged. If you have a community where word of mouth can help you even more, yeah, you are going to do better. For me, I was on twitter for 3 months then debuted and I was already well over 2,000 followers, much thanks to that debut. Calling them worthless when they are great at getting new eyes on you is just objectively wrong.
