Weekly Progress Update @Home3Suite Another update has dropped yesterday, and man I love the quality of them, no noise, just building how it should be! The week 7 of the QFTH Pre-Accelerator Program has ended, and it`s another big progress... well everyone see that when the team got into Qatar, they started to push like 2x more! We do appreciate that! This week was about: - Deal room and investor preparation - Product validation and readiness for the upcoming demo day - Continued development of property onboarding processes within the backend - Integration of eKYC through IDWise to ensure compliance with Qatari regulatory requirements I am personally looking forward to see the demo of the PROP3, and probably many are to... Well tomorrow starts the next week, and new challenges before the $HTS team:) I think they will do just fine, and deliver as promised:) Fire it up!

We're getting closer to revealing the first look at the PROP3 mobile app, and the team is excited for what’s ahead. Over the past weeks, we've been building out the core user experience, onboarding flows, and market activity features that will shape the next generation of real estate investing. We'll be sharing more visuals and behind-the-scenes updates soon - but for now, we're thrilled to announce that our QFTH Pre-Accelerator Demo Day is officially set for December 10. This will be the first time PROP3 is showcased publicly within the program, and we're looking forward to presenting the progress our team and partners have been working toward. More updates coming shortly as we move into the final stretch.

This week includes several meaningful technical and operational milestones: Product Development 🔸 Updated the Portfolio screens and made structural improvements to the database, focusing on clearer organization and long-term maintainability. 🔸 iOS TestFlight access has been approved. We are now completing testing for simulated KYC approval, which will enable verified wallets to begin trading within the app. 🔸 Upcoming development focus includes implementation of dividends functionality and fiat on/off-ramp integrations. Pitch Materials & Web Presence 🔸 The first draft of the Prop3 pitch deck will be submitted to the pre-accelerator program tomorrow. 🔸The Prop3 website will be presented on Sunday. 🔸A one-page overview of Prop3 is also scheduled for completion this weekend.

PROP3 Qatar Pre-Accelerator Program - Weekly Update This week marked significant progress across both operational and creative fronts. On the operations side, we successfully finalized and signed off on two key plans: 🔸 Policies & Procedures Documentation Schedule 🔸 Regulations & Product Documentation Schedule. In addition, we completed the full business plan, representing a major milestone for the project’s strategic development. On the creative front, our team initiated work on Prop3's branding and website, setting the foundation for our visual identity and digital presence. Meanwhile, we began integrating Prop3 into TestFlight in collaboration with our service provider, Veroke, to redesign the app layout and enhance the overall user experience. Overall, this week's accomplishments bring us closer to a well-structured launch and a cohesive brand identity for Prop3.

PROP3 Development Update This week, our team completed a comprehensive backend cleanup for the PROP3 marketplace. We've fully removed deprecated functions from the legacy marketplace contract and eliminated redundant logic across the backend. These improvements bring several key benefits: 🔸 Lower fees for users 🔸 Faster transaction speeds 🔸 Greater liquidity through dynamic order matching handled directly by our backend A major milestone from this work is the establishment of a "single source of truth" pattern across the backend. Every action now has exactly one correct implementation, simplifying future development and ensuring consistency across all services. Next week, we'll begin connecting all marketplace functions to the PROP3 app, moving from backend-only testing to in-app transaction testing through real client-side interactions. Up until now, marketplace actions have been performed via direct API calls and automated scripts. This next phase will mark the first time users can perform end-to-end marketplace actions from within the PROP3 interface. Stay tuned for our next update later this weekend, where we'll share progress on PROP3 MENA's journey through the startup pre-accelerator program.

QFTH Pre-Accelerator Program Update This week, our Qatar team took important steps toward realizing our goal of entering the Qatar Central Bank (QCB) Sandbox. We focused on understanding the innovation scope and documentation requirements necessary for Sandbox participation - a critical milestone in aligning our tokenization app with QCB's regulatory framework. Alongside that, we held productive roadmap meetings with: 🔸 Veroke - Technical development and architecture 🔸 Morison - Regulatory structuring and compliance 🔸 Panacea - Security and data management These meetings will help us achieve our QFTH Pre-Accelerator program objective: a fully functional, investment-ready tokenization app, prepared to enter the QCB Sandbox. In the coming week, our focus shifts to finalizing and approving these roadmaps in collaboration with the QFTH team, moving one step closer to bringing blockchain-based property tokenization to life in Qatar.

PROP3 Platform Progress Update Our blockchain integration and database are now 99% connected. We currently have 10 simulated wallets running on the test net, each seeded with 1 ETH, actively buying, selling, offering, and listing NFT properties. These transactions help us: 🔸 Automatically verify backend consistency and error handling 🔸Generate real, usable on-chain data for developing a true order book 🔸Validate that our data capture points collect everything needed for auditing and securities compliance On Monday, we'll complete UI integration, allowing users to interact with the marketplace just like they would in the live version.

This week marks the completion of Week 2 of our Qatar accelerator program, and it's been a productive and energizing week. We're also pleased to share steady progress across all planned goals for PROP3 platform development: Authentication System 🔸 User registration is now fully functional with JWT-based authentication 🔸 Secure login flow implemented 🔸 Custodial wallets are automatically created for new users upon successful registration 🔸 All protected API endpoints are now properly secured Blockchain Connectivity 🔸 Backend now connects directly to the blockchain and our NFT and Marketplace Contracts 🔸 We can successfully read NFT, Marketplace, and user data from the chain 🔸 Contract interaction testing has begun Next week, we'll focus on linking all backend functions to blockchain API calls. Once completed, we'll create 20 bot wallets to simulate a live trading environment of NFT buying and selling within the marketplace.
