one of the more interesting RWA projects to watch right now is @integra_layer not because its trying to tokenize everything, but it is more focused on one of the biggest and hardest markets in the world which is real estate. the concept behind it is very simple but also powerful. make property assets readable, verifiable, programmable, and liquid on chain. for me this means real estate can move beyond the slow paperwork, scattered records, middlemen, and closed markets into something AI agents, investors, builders, and institutions can actually interact with all with ease Integra is building a real estate focused layer 1, backed by a consortium (the firms contributing to Integra collectively manage over $12B in assets) in AuM. its testnet is now live. where users can explore the ecosystem, - complete missions - earn XP - build their city of integra profile, and climb tiers that may unlock early access, privileges, and special rewards in the future likes of it native token $IRL and for me, the use case is very clear real estate is too big to stay offline forever. its amazing to see integra building the chain where that market becomes digital, compliant, and usable at global scale. in the next post i will be sharing how to navigate the integra testnet and ecosystem
