I'm seeing Aidan Kearney bring back 2:27 am, and frankly, he should be embarrassed. That claim, one he pushed for years and years, and used as the cornerstone of the #FKR "movement," has been thoroughly debunked by every digital forensics expert who has reviewed it. There isn't a single digital phone expert who will go on record to say it was a Google search. Notta one! Even Karen's own expert, Richard Green, refused to go on the record for fear of perjury. To be clear... It wasn’t a search. It was a WAL file of a tab session and stored in the BrowserState.db. A WAL file is a temporary system log that users can’t access or delete. More importantly, it was a browser refocus event, not a search. If it were real, it would appear in the History or Knowledge C databases. It doesn’t. Full stop. This should end the discussion, but here we are. You know what's not debatable but gets no traction: the GPS and phone data John O’Keefe’s phone: • Arrives at Fairview ~12:24am • John steps out of the Lexus at 12:31:55 am • John begins to take 36 steps at 12:32 am • Karen’s Lexus Telemetry records high-speed reverse event at 12:32:09 am • John’s phone records his final movement at 12:32:16 • John never moves again until 6:15 am • His phone battery temperature NEVER warms, proving he didn’t enter a warmer environment To believe the “inside the house” theory, you have to believe: the phone stopped tracking movement the moment he entered, recorded no steps inside, showed no temperature fluctuations, and somehow ended up back outside without logging movement during an attack and dog mauling event. That’s not how these systems work. And the data is crystal clear: 2:27 am is a misdirection, John NEVER entered the house, and not one piece of data points to anyone other than #KarenRead. To be honest, this is the weakest narrative, and the fact that it still holds your attention after all these years says more about you at this point than it does about Karen and Aidan.

No, she wasn't. First, I would never put someone I care about in a position where they would or could be personally or professionally harmed. Ever. Second, I don't need "sources". I don't report anything- I'm not a reporter, nor a journalist. I don't break news, or seek to report anything that isn't public. I certainly never did on this case. I simply give my legal opinion and analysis. That's it. And while my opinions may be difficult for some to accept, they are nonetheless my opinions. As to Kerry Roberts, I don't need help with guests- she came on my podcast because I messaged her on Facebook and asked if she would be interested. It's not that deep. I know that everyone wants every person who is not aligned with the 'one, true narrative' to someone be an aha, gotcha moment... but it isn't. And please don't act as though it's not done maliciously. You could have just asked me - like you did here, and I would have answered. Instead, you used it for content and didn't care whether there was truth to it or not. Because truth only matters to some of you when it's convenient. And on top of it, you use me for content while you have me blocked. And yes, you blocked me. Not the other way around. So let's be honest about that - two plus years ago, you were posting that you were being stalked in Canton because of your coverage of the case, someone tagged me and asked my opinion. I responded that it did not appear to be stalking as defined by the criminal statute and something to the likes of that I try to stay out of the drama. You spiraled and blocked me. My video about Katherine Loftus (NoteMyObjection) was not an attack, and I said that multiple times throughout it. The entire point was that if you are going to present yourself as an “unapologetically honest” LawTuber, especially now stepping into interviewing witnesses in high profile cases, then transparency is of the most utmost importance to an audience. It’s not optional.. and frankly, it just comes with the territory. When you have a family member working as a victim witness advocate in the DA’s office, and you are interviewing someone who had a very close relationship with others in that office, to the point where he was publicly calling Kerry Roberts and Jen McCabe the “best detectives around,” that is a connection worth acknowledging. Whether she thinks it’s relevant or not doesn’t really matter, because to viewers it absolutely can raise questions about bias. Instead of just addressing it head on or even clarifying it if there was nothing there, she chose to deflect and take a dig at me, which honestly says more than anything I pointed out in the first place. A valid question to ask: Was Molly Loftus (a victim witness advocate in the district attorneys office) ever a source for Katherine? And is this possibly a reason why a witness felt comfortable for an interview with her?
