Today @armySWS1 had the honour of hosting GOC ARITC and @ARITCComdSM. SWS personnel were awarded 7 LS&GCs, a Commander Home Command’s Commendation and one promotion from WO2 to Captain. Truly a remarkable demonstration of the quality of our people here at @armySWS1 @armycoschinf

An absolutely outstanding performance from the @armySWS1 team at this year’s Frosted Blade Infantry Ski Championships. SWS placed 12th of 37 teams in our debut appearance also winning two Gold, one Silver and one Bronze individual medal @schinf @Gurkha_Brigade @armycoschinf

Aspiring Battlegroup Weapons commanders undertaking @armySWS1 Mortar Courses completed the iconic Fan Dance. 16km, 982m of climb in 6 hours all whilst commanding soldiers in a tactical scenario @schinf @armycoschinf

Another outstanding achievement from @armySWS1 soldiers from Gurkha Company Tavoleto. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the RGR @Gurkha_Brigade commissioned 100 coins to recognise the dedication and service of RGR soldiers. 2 of these were awarded to soldiers from @armySWS1
