One thing I’m very proud of with HANZ is how receptive listeners have been to the amount to Te Reo I use. I honestly thought a lot of people would be against it or complain it was too hard to follow. Instead I get occasional emails saying how much they love it, which is great!

Every organisation in the country should follow suit on this, almost every customer service function - both public and corporate - receives complaints like this. There is no obligation to treat racism, veiled or otherwise, in good faith. Same goes for abuse of other kinds.

A few articles have popped up about NZ net migration. I was curious about where NZ citizens go but couldn't find it. But did find NZ citizen arrivals & departures for last 24 years. Interesting to see the departure trends (blue line) from 2020Q2 onwards trending up!
