Some of the Cabinet Secretaries (about 6 to 7) in H.E Ruto's Cabinet are soo low key and probably incompetent that you don't hear of them at all. They are AWOL. Many Kenyans genuinely feel these Cabinet offices have been vacant for the past three years. These low key/absentee CSs come in office in the morning, read newspapers, have tea/mandasi, make telephone calls to friends and relatives, eat lunch & then go back home. I'm not being spiteful...I'm honestly asking...do we have "substantive" CSs in the ministries of Environment, Gender, Labour, water, East Africa Community, Agriculture...And why isnt H.E Ruto not making REAL appointments to run these critical ministries?

Ol Kalou is a tight race. The DCP candidate is popular and monied. The Jubilee candidate is a former CDF manager. UDA candidate was second in 2022 elections, with a tiny margin. The REAL TEST is whether Jubilee and DCP will agree on one candidate.
