George Adam - parliamentary business Now these are just a few examples either they are Ministers that infringe on reserved matters or their portfolio overlaps other Ministers making there jobs irrelevant 28 ministers doing the job that at the most 10 would be be sufficient. This is an example of wasting public money at least 1.8m plus the expenses. All to run a devolved administration it’s madness.
