@Cray771238 @Pompey What options do we have? Mou is gone in the summer anyway. We might as well take a punt on a new manager and hope we get a bit of a bounce until the end of the season.
English

@ArtistNdl @Pompey What’s that gonna solve? A new manager will still have to deal with the same players. We get let mous go and we’re down for definite

@Pompey Mousihno has to go. Something needs to change right now. He’s lost the dressing room.

@J_J_Burke What the bloke really meant to say... Is that Southampton are fucking boring, and nobody really gives a shit about them, because they do fuck all in whatever league they land up in.
English

Might be in the minority but I have no idea why anyone would want Southampton in the play-offs/PL over Wrexham.
Southampton do it every year, and come back down every year. It's boring. At least with Wrexham it's new, and they would actually give the Prem a go

@EvilSonofa59325 @Kyle_MBP_Robbo @te4and70138 @KOBCOB2 That because the Romans said it, doesn't make it so.
English

@Kyle_MBP_Robbo @ArtistNdl @te4and70138 @KOBCOB2 And the British called anyone they wanted to pillage and steal from uncivilized. Your point being?
English

@te4and70138 @KOBCOB2 The Celts were here before Christianity and the Romans.

Where are they all? The Eisner fan boys? Tell me how amazing they are for this club! Tell me about the enormous investment they've made over the last decade that equates to a couple million each year? Tell me how amazing FP looks and that our training facilities, etc are top class? Tell me the injuries are just bad luck. Tell me the Jan was a success. Tell me how they've made good their 2017 promises then back it up with evidence? Tell me the @PFC_Coalition are wrong?
You can't do any of the above. Finally, after years of insufficient investment and cheap alternatives the realisation of what we are is hitting home.
The way we're structured, the way we behave, the way we conduct our transfers, the way we pay ourselves on the back for small investments like training ground goals posts and sprinkler systems, the way our CEO speaks and his attitude towards the above means we are a lower league club. Historically not, of course. Historically and our natural position is the top two tiers (prodominantly Championship) but not right now.
All of our peers, bar Oxford (who have plans) all generate income on non match days, have decent enough facilities and academies and have owners who take calculated risks on growth to enable them to win promotion and stay there. Even half of League One are more advanced than we are.
All they had to do was spend big at the start. They said they're hear for generations so why not plunge £100m in, build that North Stand with corporate boxes, hotels and other things that can generate money off the field, extensively revamp the training ground instead of tarting up what the trust got us. Even the club shop is just a sorry state of a few Pompey calendars and cuddly toys and a load of Nike shite with a Pompey badge slapped on it.
The whole club absolutely reeks of League One and whether we like it or not, that is precisely where we belong until they either sell up or start investing some serious money and stop making brain dead excuses about bridges and god knows what else they want to conjure up. No other club in the country needs a bridge directly from a train station or can't develop their ground because of a congested road. They're waiting to piggyback the redevelopment of the area, which will never happen, so they can get a load of stuff for free.
Get ready for Stevenage, Cambridge and Burton again because they're coming.

English

@Luke313131 Absolutely spot on. Haggling for a good part of a decade over a footbridge should have been the warning sign for everyone. #eisnerout
English

@archiemcgreal @stucrow They’re shopping in unusual markets and taking punts on players because our owners want a player trading model on a shoestring budget.
It’s not the Eisners decision. But he’s not giving them much choice, is he?
English

@stucrow It’s not the eisners decision to not buy a striker is it? It’s not their decision to spend £3million on kovnovsky, le roux, and knight. £500k on Umeh, for 3 appearances. The money was there
English

Good trophy that. Bending over for the other 19 clubs every year 😂
Other clubs rate our support and think yours is shit.
Just the neutral opinion.
Maybe if you sold tickets and scrapped the tinpoint light show, other clubs would take you seriously.
We're not the same. We have major trophies. You lot covered up pedophile Bob Higgins for 40 years.
Like I said. Laughing stock. #46counts24victims

@ArtistNdl @secondtierpod Got to be in the big leagues to get beat by the big dogs…
Your fans live in some weird inbred bubble that everyone cares about or even ‘fears’ you.
You won the cup by robbing from charities and your biggest legend’s Adolf hittler #longestcupholders
English

@0fox05 @secondtierpod Hate to break it to you. But Southampton are the biggest laughing stock in modern English football.
Tinfoil cap Le Tissier and two 9-0 pipings within 15 months is just the surface.
English

@ArtistNdl @secondtierpod You’re genuinely the funniest club in English football and it’s even funnier that you don’t see it
English

@secondtierpod Didn’t last long. Portsmouth, the gift that keeps on giving
English

@ArtistNdl what site? all ticketmaster says is that it’s sold out, i can’t find anywhere else to look
English

@shiilyas I would keep refreshing. Tickets are popping up all the time. Just managed to get two 10 mins after they went on sale.
English

@imaaronwilson @nhoodpublicist The difference in reaction is NOT due to an education divide. When a HARM is caused…disability or not…an apology is expected…nothing more …nothing less. The apology is for the HARM…not the DISABILITY.

@LakesGalakxsie @GreyWolf5200 @DoubleSluggo @stratocaster00s @Variety For someone that comes from a race of people that dealt with segregation, misunderstanding, and abuse, it’s quite sick that you’re suggesting the same thing to another group of people.
English

@GreyWolf5200 @DoubleSluggo @stratocaster00s @Variety I’ll tell you what I will do.
I will put that motherfucking Tourette’s syndrome having diseased maniac motherfucker, in the back next time there’s an award show…
And I’ll make sure he’s in a padded ass room so nobody hears his bullshit.
How about that?
💅🏾💋🤭
English

Tourette’s campaigner John Davidson says he experienced multiple outbursts at the BAFTAs beyond shouting the N-word, attributing his tics to a condition called echolalia: “I am often triggered by what I see and/or what I hear.”
“On Sunday, Alan Cumming joked about his own sexuality and, when referencing Paddington Bear, said, ‘Maybe you would like to come home with me, Paddington. It wouldn’t be the first time I have taken a hairy Peruvian bear home with me,’” Davidson explained to Variety. “This resulted in homophobic tics from me and led to a shout of ‘pedophile’ that was likely triggered because Paddington Bear is a children’s character.”

Again, all of what you’ve just said is completely unnecessary.
If people are educated on the disability, then there is no need for any of this. Accept that it’s not loaded with any malice and move on.
We shouldn’t be asking anyone that is a disabled to apologise for anything that they cannot prevent.
It’s quite simple.
