@christiancalgie “Peers” was not intended to mean a jury. That was a later thing. “Peers” can mean a magistrate, who generally is a layman and an unpaid volunteer. Not a professional judge. Already, many are tried before just a magistrate(s) and not a jury. Hope this helps.

What we have is a farce where there is no money for a bridge, no need for one, but Cullen is determined to make it look like it's just out of reach when in fact it's drifting away like our chances of staying in the Championship 6/7

Abundantly clear that there is no need for this bridge because it is only needed to enable #Pompey owners to spend £100m+ on the North Stand, and that's not happening because there isn't that kind of money sloshing around 1/n

Even MPs' staff are told "If you are a victim of crime which has officially-related aspects contact the Police and quote [redacted] and it will get followed up." The idea that McSweeney either didn't know this or the Police didn't follow it up is absurd.
