@Libby_Johnstone P4 Take Acetaminophen and not Ibuprofen for your fever every four hours. Ibuprofen exasperates the virus. I just lost my Best Friend to this thing. Please be safe and get help if your nails turn blue or your skin. he was up walking around talking & two hours later he passed away

@Libby_Johnstone P3, if you can have chicken broth. Don’t drink any soda. Carbonation is not going to help. Stick to a BRAT diet when you feel like eating. Bananas Rice Applesauce and Toast. Whole-grain would be best because it helps the diarrhea. My Mom was A registered nurse for 45 years.

@Libby_Johnstone P2, make sure you’re coughing every hour. To try to break up was in your lungs & and generate air into them. If your skin or nails turn blue go to the hospital. Your lungs are filling up with fluid and you’re not getting oxygen when that happens. I’m just getting over it.

I work retail so having a thief as the main character was hard for me to grasp as a “Hero”. I understood her background. But I didn’t understand her choices even with her brother pushing.

We were very sad to hear about the death of Paddy Maloney from @thechieftains yesterday. He was one of the greatest & we count ourselves lucky that we got a chance to provide backing vocals for the Joni Mitchell track on their album Tears Of Stone. It was an amazing honour.
