@CSMIA_Official I hv visited the dept 2day. d person sitting there has informed that my item, lost on 22 Feb, has not reached the dept till date ie 27 Feb. (5 days appear long) He has advised 2 wait & told that I will get an email once my item is located at d airport. It’s HUGO brand waist belt.
