Everything she onws belongs to her husband pls, unless there was no proper marriage here. Even with her plans, what she would has done is to ask her husband the way forward first, with that he might as ask her to go on with her plans.
The woman did not honour her husband
There no relationship in that marriage, period.
I received an inheritance of almost ₦35 million in cash from my late father. My husband knew about the entire process, so when the money came, he sat me down and asked what I planned to do with it.
I told him I wanted to buy land, buy a car, register for my master's degree, and invest the rest in my business.
He became offended and asked, "So where do I come in as your husband? What do I get?"
I was genuinely confused, so I told him I didn't understand. He said I should forget about it. I continued making plans for the land and the car.
He stayed quiet and simply watched me. Then one day, he woke me up and said he didn't know I was this stupid. He said I had a husband and such a huge amount of money, yet I couldn't entrust it to him. He asked what impression I was trying to give people.
I was shocked. I asked him a simple question: "You expect me to hand over the money my father worked so hard for and left for me just because you are my husband?"
He flared up. The àŕgum£nt became so h£àted that he almost b£àt me. He told me to prepare myself for whatever happened next because he couldn't stay married to a woman who was not submissive. He said he would bring another woman into the house—one who would listen to him and respect him.
A few days later, his parents showed up at our home without informing me. In fact, I had just returned from work when I saw them waiting.
They spent hours preaching to me, insisting that I should transfer the entire inheritance to my husband. They said their family would never forgive me for such disobedience. My mother-in-law added that she had been b£gg!ng her son not to marry another woman because she believed I would eventually listen to her.
I felt extremely ùncomfortàble because it felt like an àmbùsh. I agreed with them and promised that I would transfer the money the following morning.
That evening, I carried my baby downstairs, pŕ£tend!ng I wanted to buy something. Instead, I left for a friend's house and switched off my phone.
Two days later, my mother came to my friend's house and stayed to help care for my son while I returned to work.
About a month later, I found a suitable apartment and paid for it.
I went back to my husband's house while he was at work and packed my belongings and my son's belongings. I also took every single item I had bought with my own money. That was when I realized I had purchased almost everything in the house, including our bed, kitchen appliances, television, and many other household items.
Ironically, my husband earned far more than I did, yet I was the one who spent the most. Looking back, I realized he had been freeloading off me.
I settled into my new home over the weekend. On Tuesday, while I was at work, the police came to arŕ£st me.
My boss accompanied me to the police station. My husband claimed that everything I had taken belonged to him and demanded that I prove ownership. However, he couldn't provide any evidence that the items were his.
One of my colleagues went to my office and brought my cooperative savings scheme records. Every item I bought had been purchased through my office cooperative, with every single payment deducted directly from my salary.
The following week, I served him with divorce papers.
That was when he started sending me endless messages, saying he couldn't live without me and that he had only thŕ£atened me because he wanted me to become more submissive.
We're now in court.
I'm done.

54-Year-Old Nigerian Catholic Priest Ends It All Days After Being Ordered to Leave US
A 54-year-old Nigerian Catholic priest, Rev. Benjamin Okwy Madu, has k+lled himself in Massachusetts, United States, days after he was ordered to leave the country and return to Nigeria, where he had reportedly expressed fears for his safety.
Madu d+ed on July 2 at his residence in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, according to the Archdiocese of Boston, where he had served as a hospital chaplain and parish priest since 2021. His religious worker visa was due to expire on July 29, but his home Diocese of Abakaliki had instructed him to return to Nigeria ahead of a new assignment scheduled to begin on August 4.
According to reports, the priest had repeatedly indicated that he did not want to return to Nigeria. In a farewell message to parishioners, he said his departure was not by choice but was necessitated by circumstances beyond his control.
Days before his de@th, Madu reportedly suffered a panic attack while driving to celebrate Mass and was treated at a hospital emergency room.
Boston Archbishop Richard Henning later informed fellow priests that Madu had d+ed by s¥icide, while the Archdiocese’s public statement announcing his death did not specify the cause.
A US-Nigeria Civil Society Coalition claimed the priest experienced severe emotional distress over the prospect of returning to a region where Catholic clergy have been targeted by kidn@ppers and att@ckers. The group also linked his inability to renew his US religious worker visa to current immigration restrictions.
Following his de@th, the coalition called on US authorities to halt deportations of Nigerians and grant Temporary Protected Status to Nigerian nationals living in the country.

@edhiewills@Mide214 It’s the same hole. On the inside it’s the same. You’re just terribly convincing yourself with what feels more like pleasure to the ears of delusioned minds of men. You have no right to question a woman that says dicks are different if you are of this theory. You’re no God
@Waspapping_ Hausa Muslim and Christian Men marries Igbo ladies very well but the same can't be said of Igbo men marrying Hausa ladies
Go to Enugu, Ebonyi, Delta and Edo State and see for urself
Let an Igbo man tries to marry an Hausa or Fulani lady then you begin to hear "He's INFIDEL"
Intermarriage between the Hausas, Yorubas, and Igbos needs to become something very common in Nigeria.
It will go a long way in curbing the hatred and tribalism between these major ethnic groups.
I think it will go a long way toward the development of this country.
Once the State Police Bill is passed and ready for implementation, I would like our governors to ensure that recruitment is based on ethnicity rather than just indigene status.
A Yoruba man should not serve in a state police force in Katsina or Kano.
An Igbo man should not serve in a state police force in Lagos or Oyo.
A Hausa man should not serve in a state police force in Anambra or Enugu.
Vice versa.
@Jeremybtc@elonmusk This is Manchester, United Kingdom — specifically Wilmslow Road in the Rusholme area (known as Curry Mile). Local shops like Jilani's, Sanam, Dubai Jewellers, and Kebab House match the scene.
AMAECHI EFFECT 2027 🔥
Rivers = ADC
Delta = ADC
Bayelsa = ADC
Cross River = ADC
Edo = ADC
Akwa Ibom = 55% ADC ⏳
With Amaechi on the ticket as VP, the South South is rapidly tilting towards ADC ahead of 2027.
Rivers State and the South South region are actively celebrating the nomination and acceptance of HE Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi as the Vice Presidential candidate for 2027.
The region remains highly strategic in national politics, unlike our South East brothers who often concentrate their political strength in a single direction.
@peeceepro@jackson_rem@NeliKaSanda 🤣🤣🤣 You must be stupid .. if you think as Nigeria 🇳🇬 we won’t set outside our differences, if you come for us. usless Black Sad Africa
@jackson_rem@NeliKaSanda What I’ve noticed is that Nigerians have forgotten their own tribalism and are now united against South Africa 🇿🇦. All they need now is to widen their horizons and include Boko Haram in their hate.
The hate directed at South Africa after the loss to Mexico is becoming so excessive that it's pushing even South Africans who were once sympathetic toward illegal immigrants to rethink their position
@jackson_rem You must be stupid sympathetic to 53 Countries.. it’s obvious you Black Sad Africa are low thinking.. meanwhile can you please shunt down the 30 Embassy let’s see something
Now the movement begins. Congratulations.
North East= Atiku/Atiku Ameachi

At this point, it is difficult to justify why Nnamdi Kanu remains in prison.
If the government is willing to pardon, rehabilitate, and reintegrate former terrorists into society, then it should also consider extending the same approach to Nnamdi Kanu.
@General_Somto lets understand that women don't just change towards a man,the man must have done something terrible to her that warrants her sudden change, she must have been passing through a lot silently, she definitely knows why she took the decision to divorce him
“For Those Of You Attacking Me Over The Video I Made About Divorcing My Husband Who Brought Me From Nigeria Because He Wanted To Start Taking The Money I Earned Through My Hard Work, That’s Your Business. I Don’t Care What You Say Because I’m The One Wearing The Shoe, And I Know What I’m Going Through. I’m Happy And Proud Of Myself.” ~ Lady Reacts
