Dr Simon Arunga, a Ugandan ophthalmologist, was installed as the president of the College of Ophthalmologists of Eastern, Central and Southern Africa (COECSA). The occasion took place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Simon, becomes the first Ugandan to hold that position. I’m glad that I was present to witness this transition 😍😍 I jumped so quickly on stage with our Ugandan flag. I usually carry one just for just😂😂 Simon is also the CEO of @ArungaDr that has made a tremendous stride in the delivery of quality eye care services in Uganda. Join me to congratulate him👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
