I keep traveling through VRL Travels, bus blankets are not washed regularly, this is dangerous & unhygienic. Tried uploading it through their app but every time it is giving error. Hope you can take strict action against this.

@NICIceCream I had ordered ice cream through Zomato from NIC thinking it's a best icecream, but it was mistake, found plastic particle in it, sharing pictures of it. Tried uploading same on Zomato but unable to do so. Hope I can get quick resolution from Zomato & NIC

@VRLTravels we have stuck here, your bus is already late & now there is serious issues unable to connect with your toll free number, this is horrible try to understand that we have to reach Bangalore for work & driver don't have any idea about how to resolve this issue sos
