@1rorycowan @rtenews For a long time I lied about who I was in order to be accepted by the Catholic Church. Today I do not need approval from any religion and I live openly and happily as a proud Irish gay middle aged spiritual woman. 💞

@rtenews I don’t get why Same Sex Couples would be bothered. The church never helped or supported us. They hindered us at every turn. Who cares what the church says. Gay people should ignore it. That’s my views on it

In Dublin for work and went to say hi to my old friend Sadie at her stall at Henry St market, within minutes she had me working. It was great fun and there's great community spirit in Dublin that should be supported and harnessed.

@itsjennalou Possibly but it is more manageable with support. Having people who care goes a long way in preventing a relapse

I grew up poor, born to parents who loved drugs more than me, I had a baby at 16,was homeless & helpless I am now an award winning professor-grants worth millions,a loving family & a full heart! I just got invited to tell my story to the UN commission in Feb 24! What an honour!

Age 15, I slept rough in Birmingham, pregnant & then I lived in a homeless hostel for 18 months. None of this was a choice! It was a consequence of bad policy & low opportunities. Luckily, I found my way to Ireland, where policies were in place to help me escape poverty!

I know its an absolute long shot, but has anyone seen this toy on sale anywhere? My son has #autism and is absolutely obsessed by it. It spins, lights up and plays music. Of course, it’s stopped working and he’s pretty upset. His mother bought it for him on a beach in Majorca…
